NCMC or Nobody Calls Me Chicken started as a food truck concept back in March 2021.
We are so excited to re-launch NCMC but as a store front in Albuquerque, NM. We are passionate about delicious comfort classics with our plant based twist. We are proud to serve a 100% vegan menu, but we don't compromise on flavor. Most people think we're a food business, but really we're a people business. From the amazing customers who continue to support our vision and allow us to serve them, to our rockstar team of NCMC diehards. We believe good food starts with a positive work environment. It's important to enjoy the work you do and the people you work with. If you're not afraid of a fast paced, hot/cold kitchen and getting your hands dirty then we want you on our team. We're seeking hard working folks with a passion for food and people.
